WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT A TECHNICAL PROBLEM?

Easy, just call the free hotline on 00 800 4038 4000, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., or e-mail us at service.hotline@armor-group.com. OWA 3D filaments are guaranteed for 2 years, subject to normal use and appropriate storage conditions.

Why the name OWA?

In Japanese, WA means the circle, the ring. Its tone evokes the opening, the curiosity, the desire to move forward, to clear, to evolve and progress. OWA for Our Way to Act: act for a more sustainable future. This logo illustrates the circularity, the very essence of circular economy.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?

Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. You can download it at any time from your account on our website.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

You can order up to 15 reels on the site. If you need more, please contact us directly at contact@kimya.fr or use our contact form.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Only payment by bank card online is accepted. However, for schools, government departments or for orders in excess of 15 reels, you can ask for a quotation and place your order in an order form.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCELS IN TIME, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

Please contact customer service via email at contact@kimya.fr, recalling your customer number and order number. We will offer you a new delivery date or a refund.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email stating that your package is gone and the date it should arrive. Tracking is not available.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I'VE CHANGED MY MIND?

You have 14 days to change your mind. First send us an e-mail using the contact form then return the product to us by your preferred method. Here are the postal rates.

HOW LONG ARE THE PRODUCTS GUARANTEED?

OWA guarantees the quality of your filaments for 2 years, subject to it having been used in a normal manner and stored in appropriate conditions.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE COLLECTION SERVICE?

By taking up the OWA offer, you benefit from all OWA services, including collection. To request activation of your collection service, just contact us using our contact form or e-mail us at contact@kimya.fr

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKING?

There are no fixed postage and packing charges. It depends on the weight of the ordered goods and is automatically calculated when you order.

Please note: postage and packing is free for orders over €85 incl. tax on all products in the store.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY LEAD TIMES?

Delivery is guaranteed within 72 hours, depending on what time you place your order and your location.

If you order before 12 noon, your order is delivered within 48 hours

If you order after 12 noon, your order is delivered within 72 hours

HOW TO FIND OUT WHETHER AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Product availability is not indicated on the site. If the product is out of stock when you order, you will receive an e-mail proposing a new date of delivery.

HOW ARE YOUR REELS PACKED?

Our reels are packaged in primary vacuum packaging then placed in their OWA cardboard box.
