ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
- When we receive payment, your order will be prepared. We undertake to ship your order within 24 hours, on business days.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment of your parcel.
- Your order will be delivered within 72 hours for metropolitan France:
o If you order before 12 noon, your order is delivered within 48 hours (business days)
o If you order after 12 noon, your order is delivered within 72 hours (business days)
- If you are out, a non-delivery notice will be left in your letterbox, or your parcel will be delivered to a collection point, depending on the carrier.
FREE DELIVERY FROM 85€
- If your order is over €85, Kimya will not charge you for postage and packing.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Postage and packing is free for orders over €85 incl. tax on all products in the store.
- For orders under that amount, you will be charged for postage and packing according to the gross weight of the parcel. The weights are as follows:
o Reels : 1.210kg
o Discovery pack : 0.325kg
RETURNS
With regard to goods returned, defective products or your right to cancel, please check our General Terms of Sale (GTS)
NB: Errors can unfortunately occur when your orders are being prepared. If you receive an item that you didn’t order, e-mail us at contact@kimya.fr. The terms of return for these goods are stated in our GTS.
